Show Notes

From surviving scud missile attacks during his detachment at sea in support of Desert Shield and Desert Storm, to becoming the bronze medalist in the 1996 US Olympic Track and Field Trails 5,000-meter run - In today's episode of Intrinsic Drive™ we welcome retired Navy Lieutenant Commander Ronnie Harris.  Ronnie tells us about his beginnings in Rialto, California to earning the Naval Academy's sword of athletic excellence (away from his roommate NBA great David Robinson).
