Phil Wharton

Phil Wharton has been featured throughout national media for his work in the field of muscular health; he has coauthored several books. For over 3 decades he has worked with Olympic medalists; world record holders; national teams; professional teams; and luminaries of stage, screen, and business. The objective of the Wharton Process is to take the mystery and confusion out of attaining optimum health. 

Phil’s path began as a young runner, after sustaining a 33-degree curvature of the spine/scoliosis, which produced constant pain. Through his work, he was able to end the pain, correct the problem, and continue his running career, later going on to run a 2:23 marathon.
